"FemmeBMX was designed to remove the intimidation factor female riders sometimes experience by creating a positive girls-only environment. Female riders will develop the skills it takes to keep up at the park, trails or race track, through a positive, motivating progression-based program designed specifically for girls and women!"

amanda leigh, a professional coach, is hosting bmx sessions and clinics for all ages and all abilities for bmx race and bmx freestyle in missouri. every girl or woman is invited to participate!
