i stumbled upon the wakegirls.com website. the site features a blog, forums, a calendar full of wakeboard events and a whole bunch of other stuff.

goGirlzzz.com is a community for girls who skate, surf, snowboard, bmx, motocross and so on. they also want to support female musicians.
