snowboarder magazine met up with laura hadar to check out her trunk... or to be more precise: the stuff she carries around in the trunk of her car, a.k.a. her snowboarding equipment!

i guess many people who are into extreme sports are aware of the dangers. sadly, sometimes people really have bad luck and get injured severely. like tara llanes. in 2007, she competed in a mtb race and took a bad fall. since then, she's been paraplegic. her goal is to be able to walk again.

here is a very touching pre-trailer of a documentary about tara and other paraplegic athletes.
